Born In Jersey, Channel Islands, Richard moved to Brittany, France, 22 years ago. Escaping from the 'rat race' he concentrated his efforts on running a landscaping business. During that time he started keeping bees and now –14 years later – he depends completely on his beekeeping as his livelihood. He produces honey from 200+ production hives, maintains approximately 120 nucleus colonies, also raising queens.
Richard loves to help others and share beekeeping skills. His YouTube channel is full of good basic tips on many subjects.

Gruffyd Rees is the founder of Gwenyn Gruffydd, a honey farm based in West Wales producing award winning honey. His expanding family business also supplies nuclei and beekeeping supplies, stocking equipment from UK and European manufacturers.
