Book a Stand

We welcome bookings from all businesses, organisations and charities with an interest in beekeeping, pollinators and the environment. 

The exhibitor pricing schedule is as follows. Exhibition space (except micro-stands) is sold in increments (blocks) of 12 m2 (4 x 3 m)

(Prices in £, no vat applicable)

Space:

• Space per 12 m2 increment - 530.00

• Micro stand (2 m x 2 m)  - 260.00

• Outside collection space (per vehicle) - 195.00

Advertising:

• Show Guide full page advert - 175.00

• Company logo added to Show Guide listing - 31.00 

Stand extras:

Please book any furniture, services and/or stand extras directly with the venue here.

Booking terms: 

• All bookings are subject to available space and are provisional until confirmed. 

• 25% deposit due on receipt of invoice following confirmation of booking, with final payment by 13/11/26. 

• Booking after 13/11/26 will require full payment with the booking and will carry a 10% late booking fee.

• In the event of cancellation for any reason on the part of the exhibitor, The Beekeeping Show will impose cancellation charges as follows:
  1) If cancelled on or before 13/11/26, we will impose a cancellation charge of 25% of the total booking.
  2) If cancelled between 14/11/26 and 31/12/26 we will impose a cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking.
  3) If cancelled after 1/1/27 we will impose a cancellation charge of 100% of the total booking.
